2010 Annual General Meeting
The Annual General meeting of the Sixty Nine Club will take place on Sunday 14th February at 3pm in the upstairs bar of Kings Arms, Poland Street.
This is your club and a large turnout of members will be appreciated.
Our 45th Birthday - 2010
St George's Weekend - April 23-25This year the Sixty Nine Club celebrate its Sapphire Birthday.
We invite you to join us to celebrate this momentous event.Friday: A welcome reception at Fetish Freak from 9pm to include our famous cocktail plus buffet. Then continue the night at The Hoist from 10.30pm
Saturday: In the afternoon join us for a Gay Historical Tour of London from 2pm before our Gala Dinner at 7.30pm, followed by a visit to the world famous fetish club, Hard On from 11.30pm till very late.
Sunday: A farewell brunch at our regular meeting place, The Kings Arms , Poland Street, Oxford Circus.
Cost for the whole event (including entry to The Hoist and Hard On) is £45

Christmas Dinner 2009
On the weekend 4th - 6th December the three London clubs had their Christmas weekend event. on Friday evening the RMC organised a welcome Buffet at The Fort. On the Saturday evening SNC organised the Christmas Dinner an The Prince of Wales in Drury Lane. As on previous years the staff had the room suitable decorated for the season. On Sunday MSC London organised a farewell brunch at Fetish Freak and visitors could go upstairs to the shopping area and given 10% off fetish gear.
Autumn 2009
Roger is organising a picnic for Sunday 13th September starting at 3pm on the north side of Wandsworth Common, near the railway station and Wexford Road junction. Snacks will be provided but please bring your own drinks. The picnic will probably finish about 6pm. If wet we will retire to a member's flat overlooking the Common.
It is hoped to make this Autumn Picnic a yearly FUKC Event to compliment our Spring event of St George's ECMC weekend.

After serving as secretary for four years John is standing down and Tim B is taking over the job. Tim has secretarial experience as he served for five years as secretary of the RMC.

FUKC Conference 2009
The conference was hosted by RMC on 27th June 2009 as part of their 40th birthday weekend. The meeting was held in the Eagle, Kennington Lane. John Grimshaw, the FUKC co-ordinator presided. All UK clubs attended or were represented. Roger and John attended on behalf of SNC.John Grimshaw was re-elected as FUKC co-ordinator for another year.
FUKC Conference for 2010, 2011, 2012
MSC Bournemouth will host the conference for 2010, East Mercia MSC was proposed to host the 2011 meeting and Manchester Super Chain MSC offered to host the 2012 meeting.
Bike Runs 2009, 2010, 2011
MSC Bournemouth is hosting this years event, MSC Hallamshire will host the 2010 Run. Who will host the 2011 run has not been decided.
Leather Lottery for 2009-2010
Essex Leather will host SNC and SNC will host the RMC. A full list is on the web site
SNC Events for 2010
2010 will see us 45 years old, our Sapphire Anniversary. Our regular ECMC event is the St George's Weekend - April 23-25 and on Sunday 8th August we will have our Autumn Picnic.
PRIDE open topped bus
Roger express it was a loss not having the opened topped bus at London Pride, mainly because of the cost, and suggested the three London clubs meet to discuss the subject.

Problems with ECMC stickers and other subjects, including Mr Leather Europe, were discussed. A weekend of meetings and events were organised, from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon.

St George's ECMC Event
April 24-26 2009
The weekend event started on Friday evening at 8pm in Central Station with a buffet made by the bar staff. About 10.30 pm while some visitors remained in Central Station some visitors went to the Play Pit, a few for the first time, for further enjoyment until 2am
On Saturday afternoon the group met at Camden Lock for a canal boat trip to Little Venice passing London Zoo and areas so quiet and peaceful it was hard to believe you are still in central London.
In the evening we met at 7pm in the Prince of Wales bar for the Evening Dinner and later at at 10pm some of us headed for The Hoist for a late night of further action and entertainment.
On Sunday afternoon we met at the Kings Arms for our excellent Farewell Buffet supplied by Tom C. Thanks to all who helped to make this event a success.

Annual General Meeting 2009
Sunday 8th February 3.30pm
Kings Arms, Poland Street
The AGM for 2009 took place in the upstairs bar of the Kings Arms. In the absence of Jeff, Norman P took the chair. There was a fairly good attendance with several apologies.
Minutes of last year's AGM were read and approved.President's Report: Because of inclement weather Jeff was unable to attend the meeting and Norman gave a brief outline of the club's activities over the past year.
Secretary's Report: John reported that the Newletter continued to be issued quarterly and the web site updated regularly. The website was visited regularly and was handy for visitors to know of our activities.
Treasurer's Report: Guy reported that club funds were in a healthy state and recomended the subscription remain at £20. As also membership roll-keeper he told us membership remained at 33.
FUKC and ECMC meetings for 2009
The AGM of the Federation of UK Clubs will be hosted by the RMC in London on 26th-28th June to co-inside with the club's 40th birthday.
The AGM of the European Confederation of Motorsports Clubs will be hosted by LC Roma in Rome on 2nd-4th October.Election of Office bearers
Jeff indicated that because of now living about 100 miles from London he would not be standing again the post of president and after a vote Roger B was elected president.
John indicated that after 4 years he was stepping down. There were no nominees and John agreed to remain until after the St George's Weekend. By then it is hoped we can persuade/coaxed/ threatened/bribed/blackmailed someone to take over.
Guy was re-elected unopposed as Treasurer.
Committee: Norman P, Paul L, Tom C were re-elected to the committee. Norman R was elected. Nigel G decided to stand down after many years help. Thanks Nigel. The post of Vice-President will be decided by the committee.
Paul L paid tribute to Jeff after after serving two years as president and many years and his ability for organising and help over the years.St George's Weekend
Our ECMC Event takes place from 24th to 26th April 2009. It is still at the planning stage with venues and times to be finalised. Booking Forms should be available by mid March. The cost remains at £35. MSC London, RMC, MSC Amsterdam, Men's Club Aarhus and LV Veneto are our special invited guests.London Clubs Together Christmas Dinner
This will again take place at the Prince of Wales Bar on Drury Lane and this year will be organised by the Sixty Nine Club.
The meeting closed at 4.30pm and a fter the meeting an excellent buffet was arranged by Nigel G.
